EXECUTIVE TEAM

STEPHEN J. SNYDER, M.D.
Co-FounderDr. Snyder is an inventor, surgeon, author and educator. Dr. Snyder has helped develop over 60 products currently in use for surgical and post-surgical treatments including the Revo® Shoulder Anchor line, the Dry-Doc® Cannula System and the STAR® Shoulder Traction System.
During Dr. Snyder's 25 years in practice he has also developed many surgical techniques. He is currently developing techniques to repair otherwise irreparable tendons using biologic grafts.
Dr. Snyder is the sole author of two best-selling shoulder arthroscopy books, both "how-to" manuals for orthopedic surgeons. He has authored over 50 articles published in national and international books and journals.
Having a passion for education, Dr. Snyder developed "Alex" the Shoulder Model, an anatomical replication of the shoulder, which gives physicians and their assistants the opportunity to learn and practice surgical skills before entering the operating room.
As an educator Dr. Snyder has mentored orthopedic fellows and visiting doctors at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute's Center for Learning Arthroscopic Skills. He's been an invited speaker at numerous meetings and served on the board of the Arthroscopic Association of North America, chairing the Education Committee and serving as Treasurer. Dr. Snyder also founded the Shoulder Arthroscopy Group and the Shoulder e-chat, an on-line interactive website, to provide forums for practicing physicians to share their knowledge, problems and solutions.

NATE B. SNYDER
Co-FounderNate Snyder is a co-founder of Redyns Medical. Prior to starting Redyns Medical, Nate helped establish a state-of-the-art arthroscopic training facility called the CLASroom - a Center for Learning Arthroscopic Skills. Nate was responsible for creating accounting systems and a membership platform as well as leading the group's donation program designed to establish and maintain the medical education center. Prior to this healthcare experience, Nate, with a focus on new product development and online marketing, helped grow the internet start-up Shopzilla.com (formerly BizRate.com), which was acquired for 525 million.
Nate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a focus in Entrepreneurial Studies and Health Care Management.

GEORGE J. ROHLINGER
Co-FounderGeorge Rohlinger is a co-founder of Redyns Medical. George brings over 15 years of investment banking experience to Redyns Medical. Most recently, George was a Managing Director in Lehman Brothers Investment Banking Department, where he co-founded Lehman's Paper & Forest Product Group. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2000, George worked for 9 years at Credit Suisse First Boston. George has advised clients on financings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with aggregate dollar volume in excess of 25 billion. His clients included International Paper, Madison Dearborn Partners, Georgia-Pacific, Amgen, OfficeMax, Moneygram International and Korn/Ferry International.
George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
